Those folks in batch A that have gotten their tokens ... are they locked?

Tokens are transferable at most on July 2nd.

Hey there! Like it was mentioned above, tokens will be unlocked no later than the 2nd of July 2018, which is 30 days after the end of the TGE.

Link worked fine for me, I can see CARD/ETH pair. Tokens are still locked atm all I can see are buy orders. Any idea when tokens will be unlocked?
