At some point you are right. However, one of the reason why cryptocurrency is profitable is also because of market manipilation. That is why most newbies lost money because they are not aware of this. Most people who are experienced enough knows how to handle the market volatility and manipulation, that is why they can profit from it.

In fact, the OP actually sound lame and not the kind of person one should be taking advice from. He earned $110000 and lost it all basically showed how stupid he must have been and even got lucky earning that much and I wonder why he is whining all about it and calling this a pyramid scheme. The Forex market fluctuates every day, but does that also make it a pyramid scheme? Some people just love to talk things that make them sound so lame. Selling all will only make such people lose out at the end of it all and start crying like a baby how they missed out.

I dont think that this story is real in anyway and there is tiny chance that we are in the pyramid scheme. Its all about the real developments taking place in the projects that we evolving over the blockchain and thus making the progress in terms of gaining the market cap. Thats what gives them the prices, volatility and all the stuff that OP doesn't belive on. As far as I know there is no one who can earn 110000 USD in short period and loose it all. At least you should be little sensible when you will be loosing it, you could have stopped at least at some point.

I guess you choose the wrong coin, Some coins are fraud and some are legit, Better select carefully which one can survive the track. In your case, Nobody is perfect, Not all investor's will succeed, You have to accept your big loss and learn from mistakes. Just move on.

That accusation is very hard, with you respect sir if you gain high amount in the first then why you cannot withdraw it immediately? Not all the time crypto currencies are healthy, if you notice in the past month most of the countries banned bitcoin and other alternative coins because government of respective nation cannot control it. So it means that this is a hint that digital currencies industry were experiences some problems and like you I also invest last 2017 and I gained profit but the good thing is I will withdraw it immediately when January 2018 comes, because I see that in behalf of 2017 almost all coins are shown of slowness movement that's why I decided to pull out my investment.

It's up to you Pal if you want to quit trading in crypto currency, but one thing I will assure to you bitcoin together with the other altcoins were not manipulated, maybe there's only drought season coming or virtual currency crisis happen now.

OP is only partially right. I agree with him that crypto is very dangerous and easy to manipulate by guys with deep pockets. However this is the same with certain futures, derivates and the penny stock market! Manipulation happens in any market, even in FX and bonds!
And if he would be honest or would know what real crypto traders are aiming for, he would tell you that the OGs try to make as much BTC as they can by trading all these altcoins out there. They aren't in for making more USD only, that's a lie. Only the dumb do that who do not understand the future price appreciation of Bitcoin due it's extreme limited supply!!

You miss the goal of cryptocurrency here, it is not some investment!.
Cryptocurrency was created to facilitate low fees, fast transaction time that no one can control. Not some buy and hold and profit.

You're not with bitcoin for so long yet and you might haven't seen it at its worst so that should give you the idea that you don't know everything about bitcoin. Few years ago, bitcoin has faced a very big crisis where everyone was about to leave but all of a sudden, it has recovered and came back strong. That may still happen now if only you are going to be a litte bit patient so let us see what will happen next and hold on to what we still have.

Not all project, tokens, coins are scam like pyramiding scheme. we all know that there are lots of scams here in cryptocurrency but not all. There are still coins with good project. There are still coins who has alot of potential in the future so why sell them. hold them and earn profit from it

Market manipulation is part of cryprocurrency. If you are new and do not know how to ride the market manipulation in ccrypto, you will surely lose money. However, some people are earning becausw of this and the market volatility. You just need to have a good strategy to avoid losing money.

Same here, just started last 2017 and almost lost hope but still trading because i have to trust bitcoin and myself. Always telling to myself that to be successful i need to take the risk and have more patience. Maybe we are not yet lucky but our time will come soon.
