Since the market is going down and down are you worried about your Bitcoin? I saw someone asking what to do with his/her bitcoin? S/he has 12 bitcoin. What are you doing with your bitcoin?

I sold 13 BTC in early 2016 (from mining in 2011/2012 $1-3/ea). I thought Bitcoin was dead since the price had moved downward steadily since 2013...boy do I wish I still had them. I did profit (roughly 250% from the mined value) so I still feel good about the transaction.

So my advice is if your up or close to your purchase price/break even, and worried about the market...then sell half to half your risk, or close out the position entirely and move to another coin (or portfolio) you feel comfortable with. If you are negative then HODL, no sense in realizing a loss. Any coin in the top 100 that doesnt have fraud involved will eventually surpass where you bought it. Ive been around a long time and so far only realized losses on one scam ICO, the rest I just hold until I meet or surpass my purchase price, then move into more promising projects. I realize huge gains on the winners, and wait out the bad market swings. I only invested principle twice, once on mining gear, once on a coin purchase and so far have made 36x my invested money, pulled out all principle, and have even taken profits and reinvested in more mining equipment. Right now my profits are currently mining more profit and/or generating growth in coin projects and growing exponentially....even with this downturn market time.

Yes bitcoin is in negative right now and there will be less scope to rise upto that level it did before but its now in a proper place somedays it goes down and sometimes it increases. So you should hold it for few more days because it is a survival time for bitcoin. So many crytocurrrency is comes so the competition is more than before but no one is going to overcome bitcoin and it will be raising it again.

What for? For the cryptocurrency world if you asking, not quite. I hope that everything is going as planned and that will be the future. It helps a lot, starting from now, and how about years later. It will be huge! About the market, will recover shortly, maybe in month or so, so everything is perfect. About regulations, I think that they are what we need, and the future investors need, to feel more secure about their investments. So I have nothing to worry about.

Recently bitcoin price did drop a significant amount but that might just be a hiccup but who knows what will happened in the future, however i guess if the person is holding onto 12 bitcoin, i bet she got it at much a lower price and the choices are she can sell some keep some or sell all to take some profit it boils down to the person risk tolerance level.

The best way is to avoid worrying. Now is a still good time for crypto. If dump jumps cause you to feel bad, just do not follow the price often.

No, I don't worry at all. It is just the regular market character. It is January now and it is correction time after the bug push.

For now I am not worried with the market or the constant movement up and down. I am starting to get worried about the banks. In Europe a lot of banks stop accepting payments and refuse to make the transfer to the accounts. If I cannot get my money from the exchange, it will be very bad.

I do not worry about bitcoin now because I do not have bitcoin. What I'm worried? I'm worried not able to have my own bitcoin in the years will come. The more decrease of bitcoin price the more increase of buyers. As I know this is happening in crypto.

If there are people worried when BTC declines in price then they should sell it and later on buy it back after it has dropped some more in price. This way you can have the same amount with some leftover money or more BTC without having to spend money out of your pocket. Otherwise get out fast of it if you are going to keep on worrying or you will end up stressed out.

There is nothing to worry about. This move up and down on the market is normal.
I keep everything I have and have not sold anything.

I also do the same, so far I have not sold anything, on the contrary, I plan to buy it. There is no sense to panic, it's not
the first time that happens.

Yes, I do. It is in human nature – to worry about the things. However, it does not mean that I am in panic. I know about the market volatility and I have taken the position to wait till BTC starts growing again.

If you have faith in your coins, that they have value and will help to solve real world problems, then there is no reason to worry.
Yes you can make more by playing the market - but it is fine to just hold.
The market had a massive bull run over the last few weeks, it was always going to fall back at some point, and this week it has done that. It will rise again.
Best thing to do if you are worrying is don't keep looking at the price charts. Come back in a week or so. The main driver of the current price drops is some people panic-selling and some traders making easy money. We have had a couple of mini bouncebacks already, when the price surge up by 10-15% in an hour.
Just wait it out. Don't panic! Smiley
That's is right,so that you wont be worry about the value dropping of the bitcoin and some coins you are holding so don't keep on looking or peeking on the price charts because you might think to sell or cash out your holdings, lets just keep holding and wait until the price rise up again. i know sooner bitcoin will recover this downfall..

indeed the current market cryptocurrency is falling down, but do not worry still HOLD your assets. because this is just a temporary moment of panic selling, as a result of the recent news of the efforts of some countries to block bitcoin or cryptocurrency, the example of countries that have done it is China and south korea.

Will keep on holding my Bitcoin. I wont panic or get worried to sell. Be what i know is that there will be a rebound sooner. If everybody ignored the news and also refuse to worry and sell, things would have been better now.

we cant tell that it is legit that the market is going down though, some may say that, some doesnt believe that, but for many ways, I ain't worried about my bitcoin, as long as I drop my trust on the campaigns and foundation, that are really trustworthy. If I were you, do the same!

I am in for a long run, so I don't worry. In 2014 and 2015 was holding my BTC for about one and half year with a huge loss if you calculate in fiat currency. And I didn't worry about it. If you hoped to get rich quick, you should worry, because this is not some MLM get rich quick, it is real market driven by supply and demand, so if there is no demand it can go down much, much more.

Eventually, it will recover. So if you can't wait, sell it. But if you can afford to wait ... you bought the tickets, sit back, relax and wait for the train to come.

To hold And to stay calm. This is what I do. BTC has shown us how can its price can jump up and down, but some people seems to forget all that happens last year: from around $1000, BTC increased its value to $20000 and then stayed (for now) in about $11.000. Well, it grew a lot in a year: from $1000 to ten times its value: $10.000.
Pesimistas thoughts just don’t have place in my mind. I feel BTC is great and it is going to still being great for a long time.
Experts said this year probably BTC is going to fall to $5000 and also reach the $50000. When and how? Who nows, but I believe they are right.
For instance, check this link: https://walletinvestor.com/forecast/bitcoin-prediction

Of course it is just a prediction, but has the same fundament than pessimistic predictions, so I choose the optimistic ones. Smiley

I believe that there is no reason to worry, the main rule in this market is patience. Be patient and everything will be fine.
