The best time to buy some alts is when most of the people are scared to buy probably when the market bleeds,thats the only time im acquiring more alts because they are cheaper tha the usual prices and sell them when the market recovers,doing so will give you a lot of gains in just few days or weeks of waiting.You should try it yourself and thank me later,this is very basic things you should know.

Yesterday value and today value both are approximately equal so now also time buy cryptocurrency. after two to three days it will be normal so don't wait for the investment. I think today also fluctuating in cryptocurrency because most of the investors are exchange the coins so it is reflected in cryptocurrency price. This is the big mistake in cryptocurrency investment.

Just my opinion. This is the perfect time to buy now Bitcoin and altcoins but make sure you have a better plan before going trade so you have a better plan for precise exit also and you will not panic if the market dips more. Do your own search deeply what ever coin you want to buy.

After a sharp correction is definitely a good time to think about investing in any markets. You should probably do it in 2 or 3 stages though as you can never be sure it the prices will not drop further. That way you will still get a reasonable average buy in price.

I think because of too much not real rumor to attack crypto market , maybe big whales need to cash out and then buy again when price dip ? Just choose some solid coins to invest and no need to scared too much

Indeed, its best time to buy more and more coins now because price of BTC is down to 10K which is very less price as compare to past price of BTC like 19k. So its wise decision to buy now more and more coins and keep them for right time as price again start increasing then you can sell your BTC and can earn more profit.

try to analyze the state of the market. Especially if you want to buy some altcoin, you should research and analyze it. it's a good time to buy a lot of atlcoin, because the market is still red. I'm not sure there will be aftershocks that make the market go crazier. I believe the beginning of the February month some altcoins will be able to bounce back along with improving bitcoin values.

In my opinion, this is the right time to buy some altcoins,

Well, since I've mined all the crypto I have and electricity usage is not over whelming, I guess I have no reason to be scared.  I figure there are a lot of others similar to me that have seen this way too many times over the last 5-7 years and really don't get too worked up over it.  HODL or mine, what else are you going to do.  Nobody wants to actually use these as money, everyone prefers to treat them like commodities to trade on an exchange.  You want to see the prices really go up, then wait until we actually some adoption in the real world where we can go buy shit with them.  Until then, ride the roller-coaster.
