Time to Buy?

yes if in my own opinion, this time is the right time to buy some good altcoin because at this time I think there are many discounts issued.

To me, there is no really best time to buy. It depends on purpose whether short term or long term investment.  However, every week at least once a week the market will go down a bit in price due to holders selling or trading their coins. That's normal. But to have a crash happen just last month and have the prices go down even further from the weekly sellers makes it a great time to buy crypto of all kinds.

Another large factor that has to do with prices is Bitcoin. If Bitcoin has a bad week, more than likely the rest of the coins will have a bad week as well. It's only to our advantage to buy while they are cheap.

I think the time has come to buy. The market will soon recover. I expect healthy growth since a lot of FUDs are gone now (at least from now on lmao). Well yeah, since there's no shoot up yet you could still choose to buy some great coins for long term investment. But i think, ther might still be a drop which is a better opportunity to buy your coins. The change that happens here happens everyday you need to keep yourself posted about drops for a greater profit.

As i know, there is no such kind of guarantee in market of cryptocurrency. All of the run is unpredictable.

Yes you are right this the perfect time to buy because all of the coins right now are on dipped. Especially $ETH and $LTC which I would suggest to buy and $ICX also it will give you easy profit but bigger gains if you hold more than a year.
