I believe yes, But no one can be promised it. Market going down since a long time. I saw somewhere say the market will start to recover after May. But comparing with previous prices of main cryptocurrencies, It's in good value now for buy. Anything can happen in this market.

Indeed it is for times like now, when most trades and investors are still battling with fear and uncertainties that Warren Buffet encourages savvy investors to become greedy. The best time though to have started mopping up the excess supply of almost all coins was yesterday, but today is still an opportunity because prices are still relatively low. First thing though, would be the capability of identifying and sieving out shitcoins.
