What is PhoenixDAO (PHNX)?

 

PhoenixDAO is a project that has been started by Hydro community members to bring true decentralization through a fork of the protocols. This includes adding a community based DAO which will oversee all treasury spending on development, marketing, exchange listings and more.

Exchange Listing

 

Bittrex Global has agreed to support the airdrop on May 28th, 2020. To qualify for the airdrop your tokens must be in a Bittrex wallet by this date. This is not a swap so you will also keep your HYDRO tokens:)

The airdrop will send 1 PHNX token per 100 HYDRO tokens as PHNX has a ~100x less token supply than HYDRO.

Unfortunately, due to US regulations, US citizens do not qualify for the airdrop.

Development Update : Srinivas & Njoku are working on building wallet with vault codes. Compiling is successful. Working on the deployment. As the vault codes were written in 2018. So they are updating those for starters.
Plan B (if it will take a bit time to update the codes) they will pick one function at a time from vault smart contract repo and append to the snowflake code base which is ready.
Frontend developer are working on making UI/UX for the wallet, they already made the first draft, we will share more refined version of that in coming weeks (after the incorporation of the foundation).

- Foundation : We are at the final phase of setting up foundation in BVI, the payment was done a few days ago and just waiting for the announcement from our lawyer.

- Roadmap, the only reason we're waiting for foundation because we added some things on the roadmap which we can't do until we're in BVI.(we can't even announce anything about it now, as we're contractors of Hydrogen at the moment) you'll see why we were waiting, soon.

1. After weeks of waiting, our Hydro Foundation in British Virgin Island is officially incorporated.

2. Development Update: Our developers Srinivas & Njoku who were working on Hydro wallet with vault codes, successfully deployed the codes to rinkby testnet.

Additionally on the Wallet-Frontend side, they're almost done, we'll be releasing the teaser of our wallet next week.

We also onboarded Solidity developer, Ayushya Chitransh, with 3+ years of experience in Solidity, Ethereum private network, Rust & Auditing smart contracts.

Also, Matthew George, Master's Graduate in Statistics and Machine Learning program at Linkoping University, having a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication and having experience of 5 years in the IT industry as a Quality Assurance Engineer.

Research started on Mist protocol, we'll be updating the rough draft about Mist on GitHub in coming weeks.
