I am going to start a digital asset exchange just like binance, can I have some suggestion about anything such as how to attract users, how to improve users experience or how to administrate the system from you guys? Wish to communicate with you. 

For me, user-friendliness is everything: quick and easy signup, 2FA security, easy to navigate and find what you're looking for..
I really like how Binance allows you to select Basic or Advanced view.. It allows newbies to start more simply and increase as they become more experienced.

A reasonable fee structure is a must, and bonuses and other incentives are always a plus..
A good referral/affiliate program will encourage the community to spread the word.

As others have already said, a huge problem with exchanges right now is Customer Service and simply not being able to service the number of tickets in a timely way. Creating bounties to encourage the community to create Youtube videos and blog posts etc will not only help spread the word, but will also hopefully alleviate many of the FAQ that users will have.

Make sure you keep us posted as I'd love to check out your exchange when its ready..

this is exactly what we are going to do when our exchange get online, and also if you invite someone to sign up on our exchange, we would offer the invitation bonus, for both you and the person accept your invitation. those bonus can be used to deduce the service fee. I think it is really good idea and I hope people would love this, and I hope you would love this when our exchange get online

you exchange must be safe to use and cheap to use, thats the main problem you have, also you have to reach critical mass, those that were early with cryptos have clearly an advantage, you can however specialise on new coins, that are emering like waves, that is beeing traded by many exchanges, like ethereum (waves market)

this way you can receive a market segment, you can also try unique direct coinswap combinations,

or you can just focus on low prices,

be careful about the withdrawal fee though these are pissing many users off

I understand that user experience is very important and I know many existed exchange are doing not so good at it which brings lots of complains, so we will take it very seriously and carefully, including user-friendliness, customer service, transaction speed and so on. Also there would have a very low service fees compare to other exchange.

As the idea of Youtube videos and blog posts, it is absolutely a brilliant idea. I think we would do this after we get our first group of users, it could publicize our exchange and attract more users efficient. Thanks for you inspire! There does have a develop planning for our exchange, but I still wish I could get suggestions as many as possible, even one more extra advise may bring a significant progress. Can I know what is the tentative date your exchange will be able to accept traders? As others suggest, you can give sign-up bonus to traders to give them more confidence to your platform.

Because we think lots of those existed exchanges have bad user experience, it makes our project has a slightly chance to beat them and we'd like to give a shot. Actually I think our biggest challenge is not technical but to convince people believe this is a reliable exchange and willing to come. As you metioned about get Bitcoin at one exchange and transfer to another exchange to trade, I guess because most big exchange would avoid exchange between various electronic currencies and legal tender to reduce legal risks.

Just provide more information about the exchange, especially where is it located? Can people visit the headquarter if there is a problem?
The most common problem for people who deal with exchanges is the ticket waiting to be replied for weeks or even for months.
If you can convince people that Bitpaction exchange will never have the same issue, people may be attracted to try this exchange.
Another thing to note is fees for deposit or withdraw, as the current network for bitcoin requires high fee to transfer bitcoin, you may want to set a flexible fee for withdrawing bitcoin.

Well that would be good but try to ride with good features and new promotions so that your exchanger site will became popular, also try to do some poll so that you could get the pulse of the people on what kind of features or ways of coin addition will your site have so that you can gather much attention to the people who seeks their coin to be added on new exchange come here.

I agree with this one. A poll would be a good way of knowing the pulse of the people what they want to see in a certain exchange. Of course you would have to look at your current competitors and see their strengths and weaknesses and then try to look for solutions to their issues so that when the issues arise in your incoming trading site, you can solve the issue as soon as possible. A direct deposit and withdrawal to your site with fiat currency would be awesome. Some coins are listed through payment and some through votes so you have to decide what way you want to list coins and have promotions too like what Kucoin is doing.

I have account in some exchanges site. I usually use poloniex, Cryptopia, mercatox, and ccex. But now I interested in kucoin because the users can earn dividen from it. Maybe you should do the samething but also better than kucoin. I love exchanges site which has good UI but I prefer like to use exchanges site which profitable for me.

thanks for you suggestion， and we do have plan for sign-up bonus, even invitation bonus and invitation accepted bonus. Our exchange will available at early March, but these is slightly possibility that could earlier than the plan.
