This is one of the best exchanges and their services are very prompt most of the times except timely downtime or maintenance programs. Some people have over reacted to HitBTC or they didn't try it recently. Couple of months ago they had issues but now it is working good. Face is available in market this is more important.

I agree with the statement above that it is possible to attract bloggers from YouTube to the issue of PR - they are very popular, just like the topic of ICO. Perhaps this will give its positive result at the start of development.

It is not excluded that some people sell their tokens in a falling market, because they do not believe in their future fate and want to get at least part of the invested funds back. But honestly, I also do not understand what is the point of selling cheaper than buying.
