You are right that is just manipulation because of low liquidity and the current exchanges have very low volume for this token. I think under the ICOs price could be trap of big players who are filling their bags into that accumulation phase.

Is that not possible for dev team to make secure place on any good volume exchange by paying listing fee and get chance to attract big investors to invest in it. I think current direction for listing on exchanges is not effective so it could take more long time to see new markets there.
