It is based on the risk level a high level of volatile is regarded as risky level and less volatile is less risky . So if you are going to invest or trading we have to understand the volatility of Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. according to my concept Bitcoin is more volatile than fiat currency .While Bitcoin remains uncertain the technology created is important . The concept is that we need no third party involved in Bitcoin.

In the last few days the bitcoin price has been rather low volatile which is a very good sign for new investors.
I also think the less volatile bitcoin is the more it is accumulated by the whales.
Hopefully the daily volume will increase again sometime, which also leads to a lower volatility.

Bitcoin volatility are depend on the investors and the market prices also if bitcoin have many new investors they can improve the price of bitcoin someday and make it better or worst.
