When trying to log in, I get asked my 2FA password. I've not activated 2FA, then why does it keep asking me to enter 2FA password? I can't login as a result. Please help. Thanks!

I suggest you get in contact with BiteBTC support...

Did the technical work succeed? Does the exchange operate in standard mode?

From my side all is functional, i can trade, deposit and withdraw.

So since the maintenance, you can login your account again, and you can withdraw your crypto (what kind of your crypto?) normally ?

Well, but you're just a new bitcointalk account which registered on 4th Jan, are you from BiteBTC ? Tongue

Maybe you need to disable it in your account? if it doesn't help, write to the project administration.

There are no problems with payments, it is good, as I see people trade there without problems

I'm still not getting in touch with the support..
Technical support does not work very quickly, apparently due to problems with the servers, there are large queues of user tickets.

ON ideas have to answer all, as there are a lot of applications, and there are not enough hands as they say

Or a small team of people who simply do not have time to answer everyone quickly, need more time

That's probably true. Support BiteBTC Exchange answers, but not as quickly as we would like. The main thing is that support does not ignore tickets.

The most important thing is that they respond to people, it would be worse when the team raised money and stopped communicating, here reputation is more precious

1 st rule when creating account on any of the exchanges is to bind 2FA. I wonder why you didn't do it right away.

Many people do not observe safety precautions, and in case of problems regret it.

I will say this, the experience need to make, many people learn only from their mistakes.
I am more interested in another question, if there are currently any problems with the input and output of assets from the exchange?

Don't forget about technical problems or force majeure. For example, the case of a fire in exchange servers. Therefore, not everything depends on the users themselves. Although, you cann't neglect safety precautions.

Security measures cannot be neglected. This is exactly your mistake, no one else is to blame.
