you should wait for all your deposit transactions to have 5 or more confirmations. (simply wait for about an hour, it will happen by itself, if you want to know more you should read about bitcoin)

You are right, server is out of funds, recently I got a lot of high rollers, and they all won and emptied the server wallet. This is a bit suspicious and I will investigate in the following days.
