They are the biggest countries which are suitable to use bitcoin ecosystem, even though the other countries can use too, but it's still weak and less to do it.

As far as I know, China and Russia have banned the crypto exchange markets.

China does not forbid the password exchange market, people can still make bitcoin transactions. China has not promulgated the ban on bitcoin and China is nothing more than a market that standardizes bitcoin.

I don't really know, but I would guess that the USA, Japan and the Scandinavien countries (except Sweden) are best for cryptocurrency use. And maybe Estonia - this small country is far ahead of many others in digitalisation. Forget about Germany - this country is in self destruction mode and has probably no future at all.

In terms of atm location USA might have got listed on the top. In terms of usage same as that of the traditional fiat it could be Japan. Because, no country gave importance as well support to bitcoin adoption in a similar manner same as that of Japan. As far as i know that are Japan, the United Kingdom, Denmark, the Netherlands. Those countries is well known as  the friendliest countries on earth towards Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies in general. there are the largest trading hubs on earth concentrating the lot of the cryptocurrency trading volume

I personally feel like if you want to do anything related to Bitcoin in large scale please go to United sates of America. As far as I am aware of there are no problems faced by people who are involved in crypto stuff. Even if there is a problem it would be a huge problem , It would some minimum problem that you can take care of easily  .

Are you sure with South Korea? As of now, bitcoin suffered a severe crash after South Korea announced it would ban all anonymous cryptocurrency trading. Meanwhile they have just implemented regulations about on anonymity and money laundering.

On the other hand, according to Julian Hosp, co-founder and president of cryptocurrency start-up TenX, told CNBC's, he says that "If, afterwards, investors and companies have more legal security working in the ecosystem, it's going to have some short-term downsides, but long term, it's going to have a really, really big boost". So, we will be expecting a positive outcome in a long term basis in South Korea's regulations.

To sum up with, it is still good to use bitcoin in south korea but it's just happen that it's on the rock as of now. Well, correct me if I'm wrong.
