I think we couldn`t speak of any limiting aspects to buyers or sellers as here with the blockchain technology and the AKAIITO smart contract!
According to the WP the proppper mount of tokens of buyer will be vested and only then the seller could sent him some goods! But there are some other risks that should be managed by the platform, such as the customs procedures with the goods due to the regulation of the country of the buyer and кesolving complaints about the quality of goods and returning them to the seller or replacement, refund of poor quality goods, etc.
