Just read about the changes in the Akaiito ICO start date. ICO start and therefore end will be shifted for 3 days. Can anyone explaune what was the reason?
Looks like I`ve missed some important news...

After analysing customers behaviour we saw that users are not so much in the web on weekends and it is quite understandable, cause weekends is the time for family, friends, cottages, walks etc. Therefore we decided not to pressure users who would like to invest in Akaiito and give an opportunity to spend weekends out of web and then come back to blockchain life on weekdays.

Special ICO and main ICO become closer and closer! So will there be any partnerships or other big news announced just before the start of them?

in fact, I like your project, and I have no doubt that the lower threshold will be passed successfully.

If we will not reach soft cap, then we will seek for alternative ways of investments, such as funds and partnerships. In all scenarios Akaiito will be released and will be mass adopted as the main tool to use crypto in every day life, just in second case it will take longer time, so ICO case will make the process faster and more efficient.

What revenue is expected?Lets say in some years after realese

By conservative forecast we predict to have approx. 2% of all blockchain wallet holders to be Akaiito users. Blockchain wallet users have grown x7 from year 2015 to year 2017. If we take more pessimistic approach of x3 growth, then for 2023 there will bee 600 000 000 blockchain wallet users globally.
As I mentioned 2% by conservative approach. will be Akaiito users: approx. 12 000 000. If we estimate that every user will do at least 1 deal per month with avg purchase equivalent of 25 eur, then transactions amount for 2023 will stand for equivalent of 3 500 000 000 eur. From that You can come up with 2% final revenue (3% fee - 1% cash back) which team is aiming for.

It is based on historical adoption during first years of big platforms such as eBay, AirBnb, Uber etc.

After ICO, during ICO it is just not possible to get listed, cause tokens are on the selling stage

15% will go to the team and 7% will go to advisors, consultants and marketing. Team tokens will bee vested for half a year. Team has not plans to sell their tokens, cause it can harm AIC and therefore Akaiito. There is no any sense why team would do that with own company, right?

It is up to users and community how expensive goods they want to sell and buy. Akaiito don't want to play middle man role and place any limits in that matter.

So far only by purchasing, but we have some ideas for the future  There is a lot of cool ideas how platform features will developed after the launch, but it is more, so to speak, long term vision.

As AKAIITO is based in Estonia, Tallinn it is regulated by the Estonian law! As I`ve read recently Estonian Financial Supervisory Authority (EFSA) is of opinion that tokens in terms of the offerings on ICO, depending on their structure, might be considered as securities according to the definition set forth in the current Securities Market Act (SMA) as well as in the Law of Obligations Act (LOA).
So, do You have or plannned to recieve any paper or other statement from EFSA that AIC token is not a security? Is it possible to receive such a proof from EFSA because as I know some projects had recieved such letters from SEC before or during tokensale.

how is the development progressing, without complications at the planned pace?

We are working on platform coding now and on marketing campaign to spread the word about Akaiito. From ICO will depend how much of financial source we will have and therefore how fastly and efficiently platform build up will go.

According to the Roadmap You could expect beta version of online market only in may! Of course AKAIITO team could make a surprize by overcoming the plans for project development, but I think it will be not like some days but not weeks before the deadline.

I would say so: if ICO will go successfully and we will reach hard cap, then  we will definitely overcome plans for months, not weeks, cause we will be able to enlarge our technical department and get a lot more developers to the team to fasten platform build up
