But few bounty categories are still quite unused (as for example signature campaign has a lot of room). Especially social campaign and Telegram will be expanded with part 2 budget in next weeks.

We are planning to set production servers in a distributed environment because of scaling. Locations of the final infrastructure will be announced before final release.   We have a testing infrastructure, which is not scaled for large data throughput which is projected for production phase but will be available and enough for the MVP usage.
