Over 11 weeks for me, tens of millions in Qora of mine they hold in limbo. They lied and said they were in contact with Qora development team, however Qora developers stated that was not the case at that time. Whatever opportunity existed for me to increase my stack has surely passed and they continue to hole my coins hostage, forge and not provide ANY Explanation.

Bter has made no effort to fix their issues, so they are a scam. If not, let them reply here and explain for the world to see why they have over 300 million Qora and have yet to either credit Qora holders accounts.

I'm still waiting for my QORA withdrawal from bter.com. I've written many, many times to their support but received only standard email replies that the "qora wallet has issues" and I must wait. I have several million QORA in a stuck withdrawal.

I want to take the next step and file a complaint through the official channels. AFAIK bter.com is a chinese company, I've found this information on their website:

I have 0.5 BTC worth on Bter, tried to make a withdrawal, but the UNITY just disappeared. I have been ignored by admin for five days now.

I am also hearing of problems with QORA and XMR.

Oddly, deposits seem fine.

Hard to know what is going on with BTER.

Best guess is that they are stable in the Chinese market but still struggling with coins of interest to Engrish people.

If that is the case then coins added to their exchange now will do extremely well as the Chinese side of their business slowly allows them to recover. Risky though. Rotsaruck
