I'm unsure if I should give bter (that looks like a scam now) my personal information such as ID copy etc. (identity theft possible)

I fear that I can never withdraw my altcoins from them.

Who is in the same situation? Maybe we can initiate a class-action lawsuit against them.

It was suppose to be back on 8:00"am" Beijing time!

well they're back on but all altcoin withdraws are disabled! sooo, dat!

It's offline again with a 500 internal server error. I don't know how long its been down this time, it was working yesterday when I checked.

I'm verified and can't withdraw delisted coins. No answers for my tickets more then a month.

May I ask on which month you where verified? How long did it take? Did you withdraw listed altcoins lately?

So. After After long correspondence and tickets to bter.com support forced to start a case to their company.
Their refuse to withdraw delisted coins at my account. Their delete all tickets which I greated at their support system. And finally at qq chat their representative  said me that they can't withdraw my funds because the wallets are offline and  I will not withdraw my funds. They are blocked my email. They don't notified me about Financial constraints. They deleted my tickets.

anyone know - who is owner now bter.com and to what address send a letter with class action? and which goverment structure  controls this segment?

If you had read my post above, you would not have done this stupid mistake.They don't care whether your KYC is approved or not.Once you deposit there, it's gone.They won't allow you to withdraw and even won't respond to any of your emails.It's a scam exchange which lost a lot of money in hack some years back.So stay away from it.You would be lucky if you get to withdraw your coins.
