reasons why i stopped using bter quite soon after joining a few months ago

i have to enter my pass and a verification code Way to often, sometimes getting logged out after 10mins or just watching trades on coins (seems to have improved)
the BTC withdrawal fee is too high when the competitions BTC withdrawal fee is 0.0002

We pay 0.0005 BTC  fee for each transaction to accelerate it. We can lower it if you think it's not necessary .

so is this not correct? it says Fee: 0% + 0.001 BTC on the BTC withdrawal page

We paid 0.0005 BTC for transaction and we charged 0.0005BTC for withdrawal, So the total cost is 0.001BTC.
Now we don't pay the transaction fee, the total withdrawal lowered to 0.0005BTC.
