Passed 9 days! My problem remained not solved! Support doesn't respond to my letters! I removed a little more than 2 BTC from the account, but at a conclusion there was a failure and transaction wasn't carried out! BTC wrote off from my balance at the exchange, but in a wallet they didn't arrive! Help please with the solution of this problem! ! ! I apply a photo of a mistake!  Serious Exchange should not behave so. If there was an error need to recognize and deal with it and not sit silently. |

Bter is really slow in terms of support, adding new coins, etc. Start listening to the community.

Grogy : Wow! so your issue got fixed :S me and alot of other people have the same problem with BTC deposits... 12 days it took? I guess its better than nothing  I hope i get my coins before x-mas , it was for gifts... Are e-mails the way you finally contacted them? I tried QQ, all offline.... I sent them 7 mails in 12 days, my other other option would be a plain ticket  ...but I'm glad it worked out well. |

Forget new coins, fix the software so coins aren't lost on withdraw about 10-15% of the time (yes it is that high in my experience) with no response from support at all, even when the support email is written in Chinese.
Do not use this site until the fix their software and provide at least minimal support to recover coins lost due to software errors.

I've also had lots of problems with their api these last few days. Since the method 'placeorder' now gives the wrong order_id I had to get the real order_id from 'orderlist'. Then randomly when I use 'placeorder' it returns true but just doesn't actually place the order and 'orderlist' shows nothing. I've taken my bot offline as it just can't cope with this erratic behaviour, by the time I actually make a successful order the books have changed dramatically especially throughout today with the price being so volatile. I've emailed support and admin with no response yet. |

This looks to be a systemic issue, I get the same error message when withdrawing as well.
