RIGHT NOW IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL ANY SELL OFFERS.

The list of my current offers shows only buy offers, and might not even be showing all of the buy offers only a few of them.

It shows no sell offers at all.

Even when it did show a sell offer it only showed four of my sell offers, the rest of the list was buy offers and might not have shown all of the buy offers either.

I tried to withdraw my YAC from bter to offline wallet, since price is low. I practice POS mining while low price months. But I am waiting few days now with no answer from support. It says "pending-getting balance...". I told them I havent earned YAC trough trading, but I uploaded YAC from my personal wallet. No answer still... Is bter willing to pay me my YAC or is this some kind of fraud? It is 12795 YAC.

Many emails and 6months here, and still no answer. So don`t hold your breath...

Yep, same as me. I can't withdraw anything, and emailing support has lead nowhere. No replies. Nothing.

Anyone know how to get ahold of someone there?

Now i see my CNC deposit with tens of thousend confirmations have moved on. And they are not in my bter.com account. So i guess they have read my emails, and just stolen my coins.  Now we know they are scamming people. Be aware, trade your crypto elsewhere.

I've tried to withdraw my BTC once and I left out a character at the end, the "a".  So it got canceled.  Fine.  I tried to withdraw again and it's been sitting at Pending-Getting balance... for quite some time.

I'm guessing support is going to treat me the same - not respond to emails or QQ IMs.

Ugh.  I wish I would have read these horror stories before I deposited ANY money in.

Yesterday I did one BQC and one CNC deposit. Both have lots of confirmations in the chain, but don't show in my Bter account.

Today I checked again - and could not even go to the "Deposit" page, because an error message pops up saying "BQC deposits have been disabled".

No explanation why.
No explanation for how long.

An official statement from Bter would be nice.
