Dust yourself off, and move to another exchange. They WILL NOT help you with this. You might get an automated response from them, but no help.

Starting to belive that storys like this is staged by bter. They have not even  tried to help me with anything. The case is now 7months old, and they still don`t care.

Also, reconsider decreasing PTS withdrawl fee. At 0.1 PTS per withdrawl its almost 0.002 BTC.
