I can understand that there might be some misunderstanding since we didn't have enough English customer representatives to solve your issues fast enough, but Bter doesn't steal coins from our customers. Remember, when TRC 51% attack caused big loss and Bter took all the loss from our customers?

The good news is that we now have many English customer representatives and we can response to all our customers and solve their question within 1 hour to 1 day.

Edit: Update.. 4 hours ago i recieved mail saying they will fix it and now i have my coins.
I am glad they responded and fixed it, but seem like they use a very poor system so i will use another exchange..
