Nothing but holding and always hope and believe that bitcoin will rise and increase again more than my expectation. I had no doubt and fear that bitcoin will recover soon ,so i didn't panic to sell like what others do. At the moment like this we need to understand if what bitcoin really is and it's nature.

Some guys successfully invest in ICOs, but I guess these are the people that have been dealing with cryptocurrencies for a long time. You'd better hold.

My personal idea is that when the price falls, it is best not to sell, but rather to start with something. I think the currency price will rise one day.
In this down market, the best thing to do is none other than that of buying of more number of crypto coins and that holding the coins which you have previously bought. There is nothing good which selling can do for you and that you will only lose your coins and that too without having anything good out of it. You need to think positively and that you should always hope for something better.

When the market goes up, we can all make profits. But when the market falls, we don’t panic. We can use the market to choose to continue buying some bitcoins.

I just put them in a wallet and use that extra step to stop me from selling. it sucks.

Selling your cryptocurrency will be the wrongest decision. I am following the advice of the most experienced traders and go on to hold the altcoins and BTC.

When the market goes down, I usually try to become calm and tell myself that it will come back soon. Do not try to sell everything to minimize losses because I know that you will become frustrated when making silly decisions.

You know, some few guys are really so lucky that they get their profits and win even without having enough experience with the cryptocurrencies. Although it is too risky.

My portfolio cryptocurrency  has been depleting in dollars terms since the commencement of Bear in January.  I have lost up to 80% in dollar term  but I'm not bother.  Nothing has happened to my bitcoin.  My bitcoin is still the same.

What am exactly doing in this down market situation. I decided to stay calm, stay patient and think positive for a better changes to come. I did not sell anything what I have because I don't want to get loss my portfolio. I've just hold on my emotion and decided to hodl my portfolio also, and plan for long term investment for better profit to earn in the near future.

I keep holding the most promising crypto currencies, during this down market period, because selling nowadays with this low rates is the worst choice, in my opinion. The market will go up again after a while, and then we can sell with highest prices, and making more profits.

I try to never sell when the price is falling unless you are at the top of a big pump and it's just started to drop. That leaves buying and holding as the main two options during a drop in price. It will eventually rise up again if it's a good investment. If the market is down the best thing to do is to buy if we have a extra money, Maybe we can used that money for capital so that we can hold many more coin and wait for the rising of its price for us to gain a huge amount

Selling would cut off your losses but it will also make you lose your capital permanently. Tome for growth will always come. Try to read news more about development and try to share it to this forum, it will be much helpful. Well, I'll keep on hold because later on the market will rise soon again and as you said it's expected to rise. The best thing to do when this market is down is to hodl your coin even if it is long term or short term if it needed and provided that you don't still need your coin to be converted into fiat to use in your faily life

I am actually taking this moment as the golden opportunity as I am continuously busy in buying of more number of coins due to decrease in the market value of most of the coins. I think you should be patient and hold them. It will not cost you money because after a short time the cost of altcoins will increase again. That happens often and we call them cycles of volatility

Currently I'm just focusing on my business and taking my mind off my crypto holdings, letting the market run itself up. I do check my portfolio every now and then but no big decisions and movements.

I have to say I am doing good. Trading is pretty easy right now, buyong oversold altcoins for a quick 3-5% profit.

I agree. It is a lot easier to buy cheap coins when the market is not performing well. A lot of weak hands are giving opportunity to the risk-takers. 3-5% may not really be attractive considering that the crypto market is moving with large strides all the time, but if that is regularly achieved, like everyday, your investment will already double in less than one month. Nobody would give us such profit quickly outside crypto.

My portfolio isn't doing good but I'm alright as I only invest the money that I can afford to lose and I only invest in coins whose project I believe in. Always follow the rule of only investing only your extra money, as this way you wont get panicked at every price dump that happens and wont end up regretting it later on.

the fact that a lot of forecasts and at the same time a lot of advice on the current situation. but in fact, you can avoid loss and minimize its risks? the fact that everyone knows that crypto currency unstable, but if it is laid out, it is as at least to throw out what spent?

I have been grinding and hustling but in the past 2-3 months I was able to get a profit that I made in 3 weeks when the market was bullish. It's extremely hard to make profit in a bear market the prices keep going down and even the slightest rumor can undo what you were working on for weeks.
