To clarify; from the STeX EXCHANGE telegram:

🔜  STeX.Exchange - Main ICO 🛒 Sale Terms

📅 STEX ICO Starts ~ March 2018
📆 STEX ICO Starts Ends 1-2 months after the beginning.

💵 ICO STE Price : 1000 STE = 2.5 ETH

🔜 STE become tradeable after the end of the ICO at STeX.exchange

🚀 The ICO is postponed until the alpha release of the platform scheduled to March, 2018. No exact date is set so far. ICO has no Soft Cap and 40,000,000 STE are available for sale. There is a point of 30,000,000 STE distributed, the rest can be burned after the end of the ICO. Please note that 19,490,000 STE has been distributed before main ICO, so only 10,510,000 STE need to be distributed to burn the rest of the tokens. If the amount of 30,000,000 STE are not reached, the rest of the tokens will be transferred after the ICO to the new smart contract to be sold on the demand with automatically increased price. This system allows the project to collect necessary amount of the operational funds and to create the sufficient liquidity pool.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

Keep in mind that tokens that have been sold will lose 20% of the dividend distribution, and only receive 80%.

The only STE tokens receiving full 100% dividend distribution are the STE tokens purchased in the ICO and hodled. Once an STE token has been moved to a different Ethereum wallet or sold on an exchange - those tokens will only take part in 80% of the dividend distribution.

This will of course just make STE hodlers happy, since the more investors sell their STE, the bigger portion hodlers will receive of the 20%.

What if you sell less than 30% from the total supply during ICO?

They have two options here:
1) Make one more round. The last one.
2) Burn the unsold tokens and finish the ICO.
Unsold tokens will be burned automatically if the sold amount is more than 30%
of the total supply. Otherwise, it can be done manually, but there is no obligation
to do this. This was stated from the beginning; if less than 30% is sold, the rest is
reserved for future distribution in case we need extra funds to create liquidity. It
can be burned if we see no need for additional funding.

What cryptocurrency will STeX.Exchange be paying commissions in?

From the latest information it seems they will be paying 30% in ETH and 70% in A2A.

A2A will be a utility token on the STeX Exchange. You can trade the A2A into any cryptocurrency you want on the STeX Exchange; be that BTC, ETH, IOTA, etc. Eventually there will be a feature where you can have incoming A2A transactions traded into other cryptocurrencies such as ETH automatically. This is very new information, so more details on this i a bit.

How big is the STeX.Exchange team?

Currently, the STeX.Exchange team has 12 individuals working on the project and is rapidly growing. We are adding more staff as needed. At the moment only three core people are public persons. The rest of the team is not disclosed since they are paid salaries and we don’t want our competitors to meddle with this.

Especially Nicholas Prays, A founder of a renowned KeyCAPTCHA which was a candidate for buyout by Google. Smiley
