NEO is backed by the Chinese Governments? I didn't know that. If it is then that coin should be way larger than Ethereum. No crypto is backed and supported by Chinese governments. Don't spread fud about the projects please. Ethereum is the only project that provides an amazing environment for the startup companies. |

ETH. They are serving insfrastructure and World is supporting them. They are using very useful and very very good github support. I think they will stay leader in this area.

NEO has a very good chance in the future in my opinion. which will be almost as popular as Ethereum. stay enough time to wait until NEO is in a minimum position with Ethereum. these two coins I believe have a good potential with various developments.

Which do you think is better and why?
ETH is very good and I think it will have a steady growth after current correction, but I like NEO more. Anyway I am considering to have both coins in my portfolio for long term. Why NEO? Several reasons: - Neo gas from keeping NEO in your wallet; - MANY ICOs in the current year on NEO - which decreases its supply, thus increasing price; - I think that there are some connections between Neo developers and China government, thus its just the matter of time when we see NEO acceptance by China. |

Of course we won't see anywhere direct evidence or prooofs. Government connections is logical conclusion and nothing more. |

I think ETH is always better than NEO. Because ETH accepted on a various online platform as a mode of payment makes. Also, it is stronger and popular.

Yes, now it is better ETH of course, but NEO is more promising in my opinion - NP5 tokens are much better than ERC20 and if ETH will not make a significant improve, it will be overthroned by NEO!

I will go for ETH because it is tested and trusted by many project almost all the project having their ICO deploy on ethereum so it shows they have more stability

from first time i thought neo was eth based token but its really has own platform...and for now looks like still few project use neo as their platform...but it still good for trading though...if i have money i will buy some

NEO is an upgraded version of ETH which is why NEO is being called the chinese ethereum because it has the same structure with ethereum but it has more advance platform it has also smartcontracts and decentralized app like what ethereum has,NEP5 tokens will surely replace the old ERC20 tokens and from the past months more develoeprs are choosing NEO platform over ETH.

NEO is a lot better,a very undervalued coin because it has a better platform than ethereum,it also offers smartcontracts and d-app to their platform like ethereum that is why NEO is being called as the chinese ethereum,more and more NEO based projects are popping to pur market because NEP5 tokens is a lot better than ERC20 tokens.

NEO and Ethereum are intended for similar roles in the crypto community,but NEO has more advantages ,the main of them are :
*NEO supported by chinese government
*the transactions are not so expensive.
*NEO can process up to 1000 transactions per second with the prospects of growing up to 10,000 transactions per second (ETHEREUM - 15 transaction per second). This fact gives NEO a technological advantage over Ethereum.

I'm not so sure in this. NEO is the best dApp platform available to use right now, and that's only one facet of what NEO exists to do. NEO will have an insane 2018 because all these high quality ICOs are going to start attracting a lot of attention to the platform, which has been more focused on development and community building rather than marketing. |

I think NEO will be better in future, but there is no doubt decentralisation issues within their platform.
I think the main reason ETH is higher now, is honestly just because its been out longer, and they obviously have more dApps
. Don't touch neon it's run by the Chinese government, rocketman prob has a bunch of it in best Korea |
