We reward users for creating and sharing contents that contain ad advertising message on their personal social network profiles. It's a sort of influencer marketing but for people that don't have a huge number of followers, just people that use socials for fun.

Developers are paid as team members. We are a team of 35 people and everyone receive full time salary. Devs and team members will get tokens as a token option plan to increase the committment and benefit from the company's success.

Those failed because they were starting new business without experience. Friendz is actually in business from sometime of course only in some area but have platform ready and used today. With this new platform they can expand globally.
