Can the residents of USA buy tokens if they live in another country?

I assume you can but wait for an official answer. As far as i know you need to respond to the law in the country you are now buying from.
You may need to prove where you actually live.

I'm definitely not one to give legal advice, but I think that if you are outside of the jurisdiction then it's fine. You should consult with a lawyer. They're usually really reasonable about giving consultations online and you pay hourly. You could gather a lot of these types of questions and then you'd have a record of it if anything every went awry. Honestly, I think it's fine, but that is just my opinion.

As far as i understand, each user has his own rating on Friendz platform. And then i got interested, will the rating somehow influence the amount of reward in the service? Does anyone know, will there be any transaction commission on platform besides the other commissions for services? I'm wondering what its percentage will be.

I really like the idea of the Friendz system because it is very well designed. I particularly like the idea of having a group of "approvers" to help out with the system. I think they are going to be very valuable members of the system and I am wondering how they are going to be compensated?
