To my mind, when it comes to altcoins you need to go long term and pick the most promising ones like the ethereum, NEO or dash for your investment portfolio alongside with the bitcoin which would be an amazing combination to generate good pofit.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

Holding a long term is a good and nice strategy to get some profit, but if you want to hold your altcoins you need to separate your altcoins like 50% of your altcoins hold it and 50% of it go invest so you can get more more profit and that is a nice strategy you can use.

I think that now in such a falling market you can take everything you want, but in any other case you would certainly start looking for normal projects for a long time, but now people have a wonderful opportunity to start their big purchase.

Seems a lot of people give you recommended a number of tokens, but you need to understand each of these tokens, so you will have the confidence to hold them for a long time, believe in yourself, I believe you will be rich. Grin

If very large funds you then have to keep coins from the top 10 - 20. If money is not much, it is better to buy coins with large potentials for growth

I would always pick more reliable coins like ethereum because there are so many new projects with a vague reputation which can be too risky to invest in.

In my view, The market is full of altcoin needed to survive in the long run and Altcoin's investment is very useful. Many ICO uses the Ethereum platform, and the user base seems to increase at a good pace. So I hope you do not make informed decisions and do not weigh everything to and against so that later not regret.

I think altcoin that is suitable for long-term investment is Etherium and Neo because the price is starting to rise, so it takes a lot of capital to buy it and must invest up to 1 to 2 years to get big profits as well.

Finding the good tokens or coins requires some work and personal preference. This are some of my personal favors. EOS, Lisk, Omisego, NEO, ADA, Ark, Enigma. Diving into a new ICO porject might pay big dividends as well.... Wink

The fact that you ask the opinion of other users is good, but you need to make a conclusion and analyze yourself, and do not blindly invest in a coin that someone advised you.

If you are looking for a long term hold then I will recommend DeepOnion. They have some of the most demanding technology and active development. Not only this, they have strong marketing team along with the wonderful community.

Well, to speak frankly, there are so many altcoins such as: ethereum, ripple, litecoin, dash, nem,..and so on. I wonder how long you will get marry and how long you will hold coins. Because as you know crypto market require a little bit more risks, especially when you hold for so long time. I offer you to hold ethereum and litecoin. I suppose you somehow should hold more than one coin, if you just hold one, it’s considerbly dangerous, probably you may get nothing for marrying from crypto guy. Ethereum is having a big potential till now, I profoundly support you to hold it. Besides, you’d better to diversify coins, litecoin or dash is also a case point. Anyway, how long you can hold for earning with a significant benefit, it really depends much on your skill, experience, knowledge, and patience and a little luck.

It is good for you to think about your future early. Choosing crypto to invest for future is a good thing.
You can save EOS for long term. I think EOS will be the same as ETH. It is a blockchain network and it seems better than ethereum.

I agree with this strategy it is really good and maybe you could do 70% of portfolio for long term and 30% for short term and mid term trade. It is always great to have a plan before any trading because that will help you to maximize your profit and minimize your losses.

right now is a perfect opportunity to buy some coins and tokens, there is no doubt about it. Instead of complaining, we should simply seize the opportunity before it's too late and the price are growing again

A long-term investor wants to minimize the risk, so he seeks a link between a digital asset and a particular industry, a reliable company, a state or a sphere of life. This will ensure the stability of the course in the long term. for this, those currencies that solve the problems of the world are suitable. for example, DASH - a pledge of long-term anonymity and digital democracy.

If you still have capital, it is now quite good to buy altcoins. In the top 30 there are many potential altcoins that can grow well in June this July. There are many upcoming events that will cause the price of altcoins to increase sharply along with the increase of Bitcoin price. A few of my suggestions for you to invest as ADA, ICX, LSK.
