[ANN] New client (6.4.11) for PhenixCoin PXC *** Difficulty and Reward fix ***

We are pleased to announce the release of PhenixCoin client version 6.4.11.

This patch will bring the reward in line with the original specs while at the same time fixing the difficulty issue.

*** PLEASE DOWNLOAD PATCH BEFORE BLOCK 74,100 ***

- Block target is 45 seconds
- Block reward is 25 PXC
- Block retarget 126 blocks
- Max diff change is 9%

This is great news, the patch I've been waiting for!

Original coin generation rate while simultaneously increasing the speed of confirms is a plus, and the 9% max diff change should prevent ever getting stuck at too high of a difficulty again.

You guys are certainly on a roll this week with the phenixex beta and now this

Feathercoin worked with Phenixcoin on getting this release finished, that's the EXACT idea behind UNOCS.  As for UNOCS related projects (which is different from the collaboration):

- PhenixExchange - This baby looks sweet. It'll play an important role as it integrates with the Bridge. Imagine running coins quickly between wallets/merchants/exchanges.

- Bridge - I know Mike continues to clean up that project, I'll let the Phenixcoin guys speak directly to that movement.

Well, truth is, we can't force people to keep their PXC, it's a free market.

We will keep working on PXC and launch the services we planned.

Yes, I think the fact that BTC price is going up (115$ at BTC, > 130 $ at MT) is a part of the equation.

pxc price go down, but hbn,cgb,wdc even ltc go down too.

Seems after block 74,100 the network has been incredibly stable and consistently over 100mh. This is excellent
