Use positive reinforcement. One of the best ways to lay the groundwork for future motivation is to acknowledge and reward successes. If you motivate someone to take action, but don’t acknowledge the accomplishment, they will be jaded when you approach them again in the future for something else. Recognition of past successes is a motivator for future progress. Failing to do so can lead to bitter and defensive employees.

motivate employees can by showing one example of a leader who works very well. after that give direction to work seriously because success is not obtained easily. success is a struggle and hard work. and the company will give bonuses to workers who work smart, passionate, never give up, and never miss work. then certainly the employees will work in earnest and sincere.

Aside from good salaries and incentives to employees, a good boss motivates me also. It should go both. The other one shouldn't be missing or else it won't work at all. Having a good salary and benefits but with a terror boss doesn't make me motivated.

There are so many factors that motivates employees to work effectively and efficieently. The major ones are shown below: 1. better wages and salaries- This is most powerful motivational factor in the workplace because it represents direct reward on a person's effort. 2. Acknowlegement- Giving praise to deserving employees through awards, promotions and even handshakes 3. Giving Incentives in form of bonuses and other fringe benefits

Appraisal - give them positive feedback when he does the job well Challenge - set goals for them to meet. Having an achievement is a naturally rewarding Knowledge - continuous training and learning is growing. Leadership - be a leader and work with the team, not a dictator. and finally. Compensation - give the right salary, Give the best benefits as well

Things that motivate employees more than money. A bigger motivation than money is hard to believe, but it does exist. The kick that we get from being applauded is priceless. Only a person with true leadership qualities can create an engaged workforce. Offering rewards and opportunities before it's too late is really important. Nurturing your employees with the skills that they require to attain future challenges is where the success of your company lies. If your business is facing failures consistently, then it is partially your fault. In such situations the bosses certainly lack the required skills and should consider working on their own skill development before blaming the employees. After all, a true leader is the one who is humble enough to admit their mistakes.

An important task facing any employer is to create team spirit and friendly atmosphere in the team. This may be implemented by corporate parties, common company traditions, congratulations on holidays and so on... Also, it's important to create a sense of indispensability for workers, and don't forget to praise them for their good work. It may seem as simple things, but many employers miss them.

Workers and employees are what makes the business come alive. If not treated right, then it may possibly ruin the company. On the other hand, motivating employees is good in the business and in work. Hence, we should motivate employees in order for them to become more efficient and productive part of the workforce and support system. In motivating employees, it is very important for them to be feel appreciated and understood. We must understand that we have our own capacities and abilities, thus, making each other's work fifferent from each other. As long as they to not do something foul and big mistake, we should be patient with them. Let us also remember that they are still humans, not machines so we must complement them and give them rewards. For them also to becone motivated, they must also be inspire. That is why employers should be the source of that inspiration.

It's right to give incentive to reach goals, a realistic goal. It serves as a challenge to your employees and they'll get motivated knowing that there's a treasure at the end of the rainbow. Regarding the team spirit, it would be best if you're part of the team when achieving the goals, serve as a leader who works with them so they would appreciate that your doing sweat like they do.
