Our team has worked diligently to improve and optimize the whitelist registration process over the past week. After much aniticipation, we are pleased to finally announce that whitelist registrations will start on 2018/02/26, 06:00 am UTC. Are you the community manager for this project? Please do something for #1 ANN because without image and main account of this project is still newbie so people will stay away from this.

Because hype is the only thing that buyers are interested in. They don't care about several failed attempts to start the whitelist registration and KYC, compromised administrators in Telegram or unanswered questions. I would not trust this project any of my personal data or my money. But everyone decides for themselves.

Wow, looks like they're taking the extremely cautious route and shutting down all communication prior to ICO so people can't get ripped off any further  .  Restricting all communication in a non-announcement telegram group won't look good to the community also though and it still doesn't stop people from sending DMs.

The whitelist questionnaire is really huge, with a lot of questions. Impossible to answer without looking into whitepaper.
 
But the website seems to be very cheap, whiteout good design and user-friendly interface.

So read whitepaper for exam , "Micro Real Numbers", "Neural consensus","Fundamental Value Transfer Protocol" . Nice shiny scam with meaningless jargons , Seele will be huge success in crypto market if they manage to refund victims.

That's cause blockchain 3.0 do not exist, it's all fiction once you move ahead of Ether (& DAG implementations).

I appeal to friends who criticize, which project on the market has been completely successful. all the projects are going on. currently 3.0 technology may not have started. but after that, 4.0 will come.

mainnet will be active in 2019.investors are being asked to fill out the whitelist form. team says they'il be locked up for six months.they analyze investor sentiment before the ICO. I like it. it's a beautiful and revolutionary project.

European stuff sells pretty good in Asia just because it is foreign origin. Ask any retailer

I've applied to the whitelist form. I think it's good idea to filter out people who don't know basic things about project, because of such huge demand
