I think only ETH is a good investment in this market because the potential of this coin is very good and in the near future Vitalik will soon launch ETH 2.0. Bitcoin was still my preferred choice for this year of 2019 as the most leading crypto, that remained strong even though bearish market hinders everything on price increase as well as the demand. Second to that, I would have include ethereum as another asset following bitcoin's footsteps when it comes to profitable asset with the highest potential ever. depends of what tokens your talking about . i know many tokens that have other purpose aside from being a tradable asset   . example , you can use it  on a certain platform to buy physical items and that platform only accept that token alone because the platform is under the company of those token that you use . other one that i saw is that the token can be used as a kind of medium to get discounts during trading on a certain exchange  . the more token you hold the more discount you get  . and many more other use  ....

My choice will still be Bitcoin, BNB, NEM, XRP, and Ethereum since they are profitable even thou the market is crashing really hard. It's better to take advantage of the bear market while the prices are really low since we cannot buy them again if their value goes up once more.

And having tokens to hold are good for long term trading.

for the long term, of course, the main choice on bitcoin. even some of the first people to come to the crypto market, of course, they are looking for is bitcoin. but for this year the overall market movement is not so good. some new coins that actually show good trading. like a coin from IEO that managed to grow well. besides that many altcoins are now at cheap prices, even though at the time they were very expensive ATH.
