Why are the most Mixer in the List "banned" but still listed?

Generally, advertising of Mixers was banned in the forum because the administrator thinks that sometime soon the law enforcement could come after him or even shutdown the forum. This does not necessarily mean that the mixers are scams. Atleast the reorganized ones are not

I can't recommend to you anything as that will lead me to violating the current mixer ban rule but just use the available information to read through and get your self a suitable service.

The list seems to be shrinking at a very first pace, since two more players seem to have shutdown (the websites are not accessible both clearnet and Tor). We will keep watch, but I think they are gone.

However, the timing is weird, as if they were related.

At this point, it’s probably not safe to use these mixers anymore. Even if they’re still online, they don’t seem to be functional. It’s best to avoid interacting with them further and look into other, more reputable privacy-focused services such as exch.cx

You are responding to a post from a few months ago, you should always check if the discussion is current before writing a generic answer.
btw. eXch is an exchanger, not a mixer, you can only exchange one coin for another

I don't know who told you that, but this is simply not true, there are many active functioning services like that, but I won't get into safety talk.
Exch is great but they are providing different service of instant exchange.
Most active services can be found listed on bitlist.co website.

Yes, they are live, and some well-known users have already tested them and written their experiences. Given that the service is new, there is still a need for some minor improvements, but it is certainly functional.

Yes, they are live, and some well-known users have already tested them and written their experiences. Given that the service is new, there is still a need for some minor improvements, but it is certainly functional.

It is working, I have tested it there. Nice service, fast... working like any other mixer.

But it is worth waiting a few months/weeks until giving it more visibility in other services, such as this thread or bitmixlist or bitlist etc...

They don't support USDT though. And TRX was supported for a bit, but it seems they took it down and swapped it for SOL.

Now it's Litecoin, Ethereun, and Solana.

Not many mixers support USDT since they can be frozen. Tornado Cash got their entire USDT and USDC stack frozen when their addresses were added to the USA sanctioned list, too risky for a privacy oriented service which is much disliked by government agencies worldwide.
