I can say for Russia. Our education is getting worse. There is not a single university in the TOP-100 world. It's insulting to realize but I have a feeling that this is a bad leadership of the country.

Yes that is true but also in other country too a lot of students who couldnt continue and finish studies because it lacks of financial. We rather say, it is easy to study but teaching the students to go on for the right path is challenging. Students need to learn how cruel but BEAUTIFUL life is, if they knew how to manage just like in bitcoin managing is the best strategy to gain.

There are several different types of Bitcoin clients. The most secure are full nodes like Bitcoin Core, which will follow the rules of the network no matter what miners do. Even if every miner decided to create 1000 bitcoins per block, full nodes would stick to the rules and reject those blocks.

I know in my country that  there is always a subject in every level of education that teaches the children about finance but that alone have not been able to salvage the situation because most of those theories are not applicable in real life situation.

That is what most school doesn't have, they don't have anything to do about applying what they are teaching in real life. Anyway a lot of people are saying that what you've learned from school will not be used in life, not all of it but most of it. Even there is a subject about financial situations it will be hard to absorb it because they are not yet experiencing anything financially.

The lack of financial education in general is a worrying problem. We teach students about literature, maths, science, ... and we tell them that those are the things they need to know in life. Yet usually, the largest single expense they will have on their lives is a house, and that normally comes with a mortgage. Yet, only a few schools will tell them what should they be expecting, the risks and the consequences of such a contract.

Bitcoin and alts is another case in which people are carefully kept in ignorance by the governments and lobbies.

What can we do to make more people interested in economy and finance and to better educate the youth so that they don´t get ripped-off?

We all know that economics and financial education involves the subject mathematics. This must be the reason that's why some people find it boring. But, if we impose to people's mind that when it comes to money, they shouldn't let themselves be bored or uninterested with it because it will cost them fortune.

Especially if they only teach about the calculations and not the application of it in the real life lol.  You can't push someone to learn something that they see as a boring subject and if they don't even has a little bit of interest. In my country, financial education is only for those who takes or wanted to take business related courses.

Teaching students about literacy and other subject is not yet fullfilling if they dont know how to manage their soon to be income or money and thay is what we call lack of financial education. Students need to learn and study on how to manipulate or on how to use their money. It is very important because soon that they will have their own family, they need to budget everything of their financial needs. Maybe at their young age, they are not interested on how to manage money but soon it will help them a lot so they need to realize that as soon as possible, they need to learn on how to manage their money.

I think that the lack of financial education is caused by lack of studen`t interest in economics. First of all, teachers need to explain why economics is so important for all of us. When people do not understand why they need this or that knowledge, they will never strive to acquire such information. Absence or lack of integrity of financial education is manifested in the inability to manage money resources. But the main problem of such people is that they do not see any problems and do not understand why they need knowledge financial knowledge.

Schools also taught us self-discipline and respect for us to overcome challenges along our way. It's not always about intellect, theories or grammars which others meticulously criticizing but it's about strategies.Indeed schools and government couldn't teach us everything,self-study and experiences are good teachers too.
Self-discipline is the key to manage our finances well. This forum could also be a great help to those who are interested to learn more on crypto, hopefully higher ranks could serve as a guide,to share their knowledge in order to build a strong and knowledgeable community.

I don't think the government would be willing to increase the money in the current encryption within the school system, unless it becomes history.
Perhaps the school will teach financial management, but the financial business is not necessarily. At least in our country, many teachers' financial ability is lacking and simply can not undertake such teaching. We can only start with daily education to proceed, if the children are interested in the future, let them in-depth study. After all the children in the school to be busy to do more than enough, I do not think they have a longer time to cut more trivial.

Perhaps the most powerful way to improve science especially to discuss about finance is to make new lessons in various school. So After they start graduation is not too dizzy to find a job just by maximizing the previous science in order to compete healthy with anyone and certainly able to earn income.

Well, actually buddy nowadays, I don't think the school will need to discuss new lessons about finance which base on my own observation only those people make ruin their selves, even how educated people it is, in the end will depends on their own decisions. As I observed also, those people will depends on their way of living and most educated people wasted money due to their financial income unlike those unfortunate people will be contented on what they have. Hopefully those people waste their money will realize how bless they are on there wealthy living.
I am agree with you that financial education is seldom taught in our country which is not good at all,. Now bitcoin demand and power is rising so high it is really need of the day to educate our children about bitcoin so that they will show interest for it in future and that is good for them too. If we will tell our children about savings and way of earning then in coming time they will be financially strong because they will be pre trained.

Yes, financial education is very important. To be financially literate means to know how to manage your money. It involves knowing how to earn, invest, spend, and save money for a secure retirement and future. I think personal finance education should start early at both home and school.

This is a part of life where parents can help tremendously by educating their kids. Of course a lot of parents suck, so yeah, it should be thought in school.

You should use it to your advantage i guess.
When you have more knowledge than most of the population , then it is much easier to make money.
I agree that the education on finances and economics are subpar , but in times like this there is no need to rely on the government when all information is available on the internet.

Probably financial education is very important to us .We must have to put some excess in our income so that day will come we can support those things like education. The reason why we save money is to secure our future and support our kids in their financial education or things that needed.

Financial education is indeed important to us and we should put attention to it, we can join different seminars about financial education that we can use in our daily lives and can make us smarter in managing our money and if you don't want to join in seminars, there are a lot of books that are available where you can use to read to improve your knowledge.

I'm not arguing your opinion but when it comes to financial we need education about that because if you can see there's so many people have a high salary job but when it comes to saving they don't have, so it's very important that we have financial education. And the number one reason why almost all family members arguing about money because they don't have financial education on how to handle that situation. There's so many successful people have seminars that we can attend to gain more knowledge about financial and that's is important.

Maybe schools should teach their students on how to manage their money and  how to earn and save and government must educate all the people on how to handle their financial aspect.

These are taught in our economics class but that was just few things about financial education. Yes this one is actually needed to be taught in schools because this is important and can actually be useful to all students unlike in science class, not all students will pursue science related course but educating them about money will actually benefit them. When a person has too much money but he can not properly handle it, it might be wasted or consumed easily.

We all know that education is the very important things that our parents will give us. But in some dillemas, the lack of financial education is one of the hindrances to make it success. Remember that Education is the strong foundation for a very good nation. Even if there's a lack of financial education, you should strive and work hard for your dreams.

Financial education is very important. Every individual must know how the money works, how the money can work for itself. First every individual must know the basic principle of financial literacy, such as investing and budgeting. Economics and finance must be taught in school as early as high school because the young generation must be knowledgeable about the economic world because the nation can also benefit from a financial literate citizen since they will know how to look and interpret the events that may affect them. A financial literate individual has a big chance to become financially stable.
