I think you're being a bit too idealist sweetie. That we still have a lot of problems mean we still haven't found the "right" laws, or else we'd be living in a perfect society.

So the fact is, that in our country will not be all who are insane, as it usually is. But those who pass certain filters. In other words: reasonable people CAN build a reasonable society.

I completely agree. But it is prisons that are not an indispensable attribute of punishment. For small faults - public repentance and compensation for damage. If a person is openly anti-social - deportation. For terrible crimes - death. It is quite possible to do without prisons.

The latest people who tried creating their own country are currently on a self imposed exile and seceding from a country takes a lot of money and most of the time it is very violent, sometimes war are fought in order to achieve it and i simply think that it is simply not worth it.
