Seems others have lost way more than me on this one but the ~5 BTC I've apparently 'lost' there was over half my holdings and had been sat as a CL balance since early June. This is still a significant amount of money to me, around 5-6 weeks wages at the current exchange rate. Hope of getting something back is gradually fading fast from what I can see.

Think I'm still in the denial stage, need to get to the acceptance stage, and fast!

That's not a good enough reason for not sending an update. Send an update with the information you do have. Here's a good start:
  • Total amount owed to CL depositors (including all interest)
  • Total amount of CL money that was in inputs.io
  • Total amount owed to CL by borrowers. Then break it down by how much is late, how much is due within 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 360 days, etc.
  • How much has been paid back to CL depositors since the hack was announced
  • The date when partial payments will start being made

You seriously need to get a 3rd party involved. Turn over all your documentation so that all the above info is public and verified by someone other than you.

The lawsuit (assuming there is only one) has apparently been settled.  I received an email from the mailing list but I'm not so sure I should post it online.
Not really any details anyway, but they hope the deal will allow TF to return more coins.

TF is still a bit too quiet here for my liking.  It only takes 5 minutes to post a brief update.

This is much fun: if you find a burglar in your apartment you kindly ask him if he's lost, and if he can kindly put down your laptop, because he must certainly be mistaken: it's yours, not theirs, but that's an understandable mistake.
Lol you're so fun.

I'm responsive to emails from borrowers, in fact I've just agreed to 2 loan modifications (Projects & user not on bitcointalk) and these should be repaid soon.

Quick note: Legal threats will not result in getting repaid faster, however if you would like to propose an alternate arrangement / settlement for your CL balance email me - I will agree if I believe this will benefit other CL creditors.

I have offered a haircut, you have not even replied to an email.... so how is it even possible.

I would MUCH rather avoid legal action. I want this settled amicably but do not want to wait for months and months without a reply. It is stressful.

Yea... I did... but not deal - was using his sliding scale idea.

Dumbfruit was a big investor though.

My 2 cBTC

With the dox out there that might be true to clues to dig TF out

Having no accurate time that when will the investment such as Ukyo.LOAN or Great.LOAN that TF listed in this thread previously will be liquidated plus the scale of default of those LOAN

Not really performing well ASICMINER

...
If you don't have the private key, you don't own the bitcoins. Period.

Sorry if I'm a bit harsh, but this will end up with people losing their bitcoins to a hacker, to you, or to /dev/null.

To TF:
Send some mass email for this announcement. Some might not be online for this pre-liquidation process.

Quoting this for truth. Oh, how I wish I had followed that advice. But hindsight is 20/20, isn't it?
