I noticed another weird thing while i was trying to message a member here that i got this message:
"You have exceeded the limit of 1 personal messages per hour. Buying a Copper membership may increase your limit." What is the hell is that ? And how I buy this membership? I am quite confused.

You can pay for Copper member[1] for you to have less restrictions without waiting to be promoted to Jr member.

Just so if you're wondering: The restriction is to prevent link spammers from spamming scam/referral links to users here in bitcointalk. As your bitcointalk rank[2] progresses higher; some of the restrictions will be removed, and you're probably going to be allowed to send more messages.

Well, it's exactly what it says. You should either buy copper membership (it's like a legal cheat) or post more to unlock higher ranks.
