For the consideration of 4 BTC, cshelswell agrees to privately discussed objectives of a web development project from velacreations.

Velacreations agrees to pay cshelswell as soon as work is completed.

Cshelswell agrees to keep the project details confidential and to complete the objectives within a reasonable time frame.
