ETH has grown strongly last year and it seems to me that the maximum that it can give this year is multiplying the price by 4-7 times. NEO has not yet exhausted its potential and this year the coin can show significant growth. I would invest more in NEO.

Tough choice but i would go with neo as it have more room to grow and this two are similar tech wise,also neo is backed buy China and there is no way that they will let it fail.But i would wait for china new year to end as neo will fall in that period

I was in a similar position and went with NEO. It has rose less than ETH(overall) and also offered me a ~5% ROI yearly passive income through GAS so all in all I m very satisfied with my decision and wouldnt change it in retrospect. That being said ETH surely has a positive year ahead with major upgrades coming potentially this year so the future is fairly bright for it as well.

NEO has one tenth of the market cap of Ethereum so more scope of gains. It is good to hold some
Ethereum also.

Those two coins are really good this year. They will be huge especially this coming months so that's a good choice but if you want to add other coins put some on ICX this one has a really good technology, projects, teams and community behind it. You will not regret if you spend some of your money on it. Goodluck.

I agree with your idea. However, Neo has already increased for many times already. It is a good coin which is covered by the Chinese develop team. NEO can be considered as one of the best coin to buy right now if you do not know where to put your money in. I trust NEO and their team |

I would choose NEO, it's China Ethereum so I think it'll have more chance to grow in the future than ETH. Beside China is the biggest country in the world and the source of capital NEO will be received to grow from this country will be very great. Beside the price of NEO atm is not too high so it's a good time to buy and hold.

Is is better to hold 2 Ethereum or 15 NEO till 2020?
IMO, NEO can reach $1000 easily this year but its hard for Ethereum to reach $10k till 2020.
What do you suggest?
I think NEO have a huge potential than Ethereum, because China always have a big dream to dominate world economics, so they will push NEO price to get closer with Bitcoin and Ether. Buy it now before they reach maximum coin supply is better . |

Depends on what your long term means. One year? That is not long term to me. But anything below two years and I might say NEO has the advantage because it can still have a lot of room to grow. Ethereum for long term (and this is from someone who does not believe in Ethereum).
NEO for six months to one year (very short medium term actually) presents much more chances at profitability. Ethereum will get bigger, but following Bitcoin's performance.

I remember 1 question it was 1 bitcoin vs 10 ethereum. now 2 ethereum vs 15 NEO. maybe next question will be 3 NEO vs some other altcoin. The main issue is finding this other altcoin right now. That is the only way to make good profit.

If i am you i would choose NEO over Ether because for now NEO is a little over $100 while Ether is at $800. If NEO would reach $1k then you have $15K while it is hard for Ether to reach 10K because it just unrealistic for now. NEO is an easy choice for now. |

I suggest invest on both. They are both good investment. Split your investment but more on NEO because it has not yet shown its true growth. Maybe 65 to 35 of your $15K investment. |

One of my plan this year is to start adding more NEO tokens to my portfolio, I have a feeling it is going to perform well this year than most of the big Altcoins in the space, but the question is the long term of NEO, I am not bullish on it as I did with Ethereum and Bitcoin unless the platform network value increases significantly

it is always best that you buy these coins when they have a big dip and reach the bottom. meaning in the past couple of days that prices were very low. not it is not that late but it is still later. with that said i think NEO is one of those coins that has some good potential of growth. compared to ETH it is not as pumped so it makes it a better option too. |

ethereum I think more deserve to invest long term. This year many are predicting will be the ethereum coins that are taken into account in addition to the bitcoin.
From what i think, functionality is the most important. There is no brand loyalty in blockchain yet.Both the projects are open-source, Turing complete, and have ample community backing with great, responsive teams. But i think,i'll go with ethereum. Because Ethereum is well-positioned in the crypto market, especially when it comes to their technological aspects.Although Neo positioned to be in direct competition with Ethereum, I still think that there is a long way to go for them in terms of mainstream adoption. |
