2 Ethereum or 15 NEO for long term

That is better. Having more than one coin is always preferred over investing in just one place. Even if Ethereum has remained number one altcoins since the start but neo is also counted among the best altcoins. However, I personally think a person should first go for bitcoin. etherium is actually more stable than neo although recently etherium had some price correction, that is why  neo is so far the clear winner here in terms of gains. but overall i would still recomend to purchase etherium as your primary investment aside from neo because etherium is a verry solid coin and probably will last longer when compared to other alts. much better if you could also add bitcoin to your current investments in order to increase your potential income.

I will take Ethereum for that two years long-term investment. It was impressive the price of NEO was multiple up to 10x at last year, but as i predicted this year there are so many new ico project which has similar good success. So they dev team need work hard if want to repeating the same success as last year, because there are many competitor on the market that more potential.

Is is better to hold 2 Ethereum or 15 NEO till 2020?

IMO, NEO can reach $1000 easily this year but its hard for Ethereum to reach $10k till 2020.

What do you suggest?

It is more effective but not more profitable to take neo, but the ether is an ether and if the profit shoots will be more. So choose that you are more important technology and prospects or profit.

If in my opinion better invested into ethereum only. indeed for the time being in declining condition. but there are some predictions saying that Altcoin this year will rise, one of them is ethereum.
