According to your website, payment accepted in BTC, BTH, ETH, ETC, LTC, XIN, WIRE TRANSFER Visa and Mastercard. In White paper I didn't find terms and conditions about Visa and Mastercard payments. Where I can find more information about them?
All the documents, tirms and conditions and licenses will be posted on the website after February 9 |

Is this project aimed to some specific / local market? The owner GES token will own a share of real estate or just a right to claim some income?
The company will be registed in Estonia, Tallin and will work in EU. Cryptoland Estonia! I hope more countries will walk this road |

The purpose of ICO is to make real estate investments transparent and more clear. |

That's all go there. The General regulations now in the whole EU, but really a lot of ICO are from Estonia. But in EU cryptocurrency are regulated. And this is good. More order. |

There are so many things to consider. Will there be managers in every city who can have a look at the property? They have representatives in several regions and initially they will find the property in those areas. They have teams experience in property management in different regions. They will by a big buildings and each of them will have its own service manual. |
