Is this a good practice to buy real estate for tokens? Isn't it better to change ETH for the fiat money and make the things done in an appropriate way?

Well, you see, no one knows how this cryptomodel is going to work in real life, of course nobody want to trade their fiat money for unknown tokens, even in real estate projects

It will be an internal exchange GDEX where it will be possible to exchange the tokens for fiat money and cryptocurrency. They got licence for exchange.

It is very convenient when you can convert tokens into a different currency in your wallet.

As I understand, only the project objects can be purchased for the GES coins on credit. But it is still not clear exactly where they will be located: the country, the city, the district, the sphere of activity. More specifics will only accelerate the process.

The project will be located in Estonia. The program sells GES tokens to buy real estate. If you do not want to sell tokens but you need money you can take a credit in Genesis using GES token like a guarantee.

In what currency will the investor receive a loan from the project?

I understand that US residents were unable to participate in the ICO due to regulatory issues. I assume that will continue to be the case. How do you prevent US residents from acquiring tokens on the secondary market, subjecting you to SEC regulation without your knowledge?

They can not buy tokens on ICO. They can not pass KYC procedure. Secondary market is cryptocurency exchanges. They have there own KYC procedures.

That's almost a philosophical question. It will become evident that people from different regions are of course biased (in most cases) towards their own regions. They might feel more safe if the real estate they partially own is more or less around the corner. That does at least count for retail investors, not for professionals though.

They might feel more safe if the real estate they partially own is more or less around the corner. That does at least count for retail investors, not for professionals though.

Investors are people from different countries with different professions. And hardly many of them are related to real estate. How can a person who does not understand this make the right decision?

And I am of the same opinion. Everything will be reduced to large players anyway. So small investors are unlikely to be able to influence what kind of property to buy

Investors are people from different countries with different professions. And hardly many of them are related to real estate. How can a person who does not understand this make the right decision?
I think that real estate investments will be made by people who understand something in this area.
