In this case, it can as corporate governance. Individual ordinary holders will not decide anything.
It is good that private investors are rarely allowed to manage the project. After all, many of them do not have special knowledge.

Transactions must be included in a block to be properly completed. When you send a transaction, it is broadcast to miners. Miners can then optionally include it in their next blocks. Miners will be more inclined to include your transaction if it has a higher transaction fee.

It's more than a year. Why such a long listing period on the exchanges?

"The investment strategy of project provides the obligatory listing of GES tokens on cryptocurrency exchanges. The listing of tokens on cryptocurrency exchanges will be done upon reaching the planned levels of operational activity. The approximate date of listing of GES tokens on cryptocurrency exchanges is set on second half of 2019.
The estimated financial models used for the forecasting of possible variation of exchange rate of GES tokens took into account the reaching of planned levels of operational activity of project, show that exchange rate of GES tokens within 6 to 9months after the listing can reach 3.0 – 7.5 euro for 1 GES with a nominal price 1 euro for 1 GES.

It is good that private investors are rarely allowed to manage the project. After all, many of them do not have special knowledge.

As I understand the objects will have the same profitabity. But it is imporsible to by all the objects. That is why the investor will decide what property to buy.

Confuses this forecast by the fact that all tokens go after BTC. I'm watching some projects. These days internal events have little effect on the price.

In this project the tokens will be guaranteed by real estate. So I think the price of tokens will more depends from the price of real estate that the price of Bitcoin.

All unsold tokens will be put in reserve and will use to buy a concrete real estate.

You raise a very important issue. How can effective corporate governance be achieved in a decentralized system? Can it at all?  That's the thing. Real estate management is tough to do in a decentralized way I think.

The distribution of GES tokens will be done in several stages, according to the investment strategy of project development. Until the full distribution of all issued tokens among investors, all undistributed tokens (tokens, which are not purchased during the ITO) will be placed in reserve.
