The actual rewards differ from blocks to blocks, because it takes the number of coins already generated into consideration.

Yes. NodeBB, SMF, and phpBB are on our radar. We are evaluating different MODs at the moment.
They require more work than Chinese forum software because Chinese ones have an out-of-box point system which is easier to integrate.

Also, are you going to be putting this coin on a exchange?

Eventually yes. Wouldn't be nice if you can earn something when posting a thread/reply online?  
However, we are not full-time developers.
We are putting our priorities into making a better ecosystem. For example, online wallets and more integrations

Guys, we aren't 5 years old.  If you are having issues with the pool, post your hashrate and wallet address.  Don't just write a generic post which isn't helpful.  Its takes 60 blocks to confirm the reward, and at a 2 minute block time, that is 2 hours minimum before you will see your first pending balance.

To the other people, cryptonote coins have rewards that decrease each block. This is common knowledge, educate yourself before you accuse the devs.

So I have a question that seems to be overlooked. If there was no premine and you announce to us on the 10000 block, how were others mining if the pool wasn't open? You just said you tested the pool yesterday but you also said people have been mining for two weeks....Were they all solo miners?
