Is this the reason why Ripple's price now seems growing again ? from 50 cents now climbs up to 60 cents again?

I have not visited Ripple for months now since the filing of the case happens by the SEC because of my frustration as i have lose in trusting this last year.

But the Wyoming state allowing Ripple to registered as a business is not enough for the coin to gain some growth in price since the lawsuit with the US SEC is not over or is it over? Cause I heard they will meet again last week or today, I don't really remember the date again.

In the altcoin world, if I remember correctly in 2018, Ripple is the coin that surpasses and supersedes the altcoin king of ETH twice.  This tells us how explosive XRP's trend was at the time.  Although, some sensitive issues related to the SEC have created a big hole in the psychology of XRP lovers.  Including Me, and I will still support XRP to continue to develop a new road of improvement.  $ 5 is my dream, I expect XRP bull to be $ 1.5 this year.  Hope is still there!

I really applaud those of you who have enough optimism about the XRP coin, but what disturbs my mind a little is when you advise other people to buy XRP in current uncertain conditions and how can you say if XRP has a very big opportunity in the future while we all know that currently the court has not made a final decision on the legal issue between XRP and the SEC? if only if only later, you could say that XRP lost in court, wouldn't that make the price of XRP fall even further? I think it is better now to be safe than to bet the money we have .

Well, many Ripple fans continuously suggest investing and holding ripple in such a difficult period as it is now when lawsuits are progressing, project value is not stable, their belief is blind when people like me and you, and others understand that as long as Ripple receives another bad news, its value will split dramatically. I don't know what Ripple's potential is but I see in the market many altcoins have potential and are not involved in this lawsuit, a safe choice is to join them, rather than stick to a risky and in-danger project like Ripple

Unfortunately, you are right. The SEC lawsuit is a very serious matter and anyone who has invested in XRP should seriously consider what the consequences may be if Ripple loses this case. In my opinion it is too risky to hold such an investment, and that XRP will ever hit $5 is just a drunk's dream.

I understand that if someone has previously invested money in XRP, now he feels very disappointed and it is difficult for him to come to terms with the loss, because everyone would.

With that case from SEC, and being centralized, crypto peps are avoiding this project for now, some might still trying to rinse out and take every possibilities gaining out from this coin,

but in most cases, crypto investors are seeking for more solid projects, people who value risk are looking for good project that have same offers.

Like you have said, sooner or later there are coins that will excel and investors will follow and chase it up.
