Will Ripple ever reach $5 ?

I do not think it so, if it ever reached $3, it was because of a miracle and i really doubt that it will happen again, so no, for me it is almost impossible and not gonna happen anytime soon if it ever recovers.

$5 is a hardly possible scenario in the observable future taking into consideration current global cryptomarket conditions, XRP circulating supply and its current MC. It is possibly only if the cryptomarket MC approaches to or exceeds $1 trillion, then all assets incl XRP will experience huge speculative price spikes.
But, XRP aims to be the officially recognized asset massively used by banks that means a necessity to evade a price volatility and to be less speculative asset. If XRP will be widely used by leading banks it is possible that XRP will leave the cryptomarket to opearate in legally stable and friendly regulated environment.

It is literally impossible for the Ripple project to reach a market capitalisation of 195 billion next year. They would have to grow their value by 2500%. It is very unlikely for any project to grow that much in such a short timespan and Ripple already has a big market cap. Bitcoin, which ... No one can say that now and ever. Well

I do not think XRP will be able to reach $ 5 per coin. Because so many people have realized that XRP is just a trivial altcoin and does not have too many outstanding features. Investing in XRP will be a big mistake.
I am really not an investor and have not yet learned about any altcoins. So I recommend you analyze it carefully before making any decision.

If ripple will continue to pursue partnerships with big names as they are doing right now, i believe it will be possible for them. Even though there are lots of accusation versus ripple, they are standing strong enough to maintain it's position on top of CMC. Though many tokens overtake ripple i believe best is yet to come for XRP.

ripple is highly optimized for institutional use in global payments. their team has great marketing and responsiveness. although, I don't like the concept of centralization like this.

I agree with you, Ripple is not viable to reach 5$ because of the fact that their platform is now used for the improvement of the banking system and more banks are using this kind of technology, that is why ripple team are busy to improve their blockchain technology not on XRP tokens because they can generate good income with the application used by the bank, besides XRP tokens is not mineable it can be created with no limits and therefore it can be manipulated.

Ripple $5 capital NO for me, but we have seen that the market especially crypto can be irrational. Good luck to holders if it hit $5 price range but for me I still think the current price of Ripple is too high, there are better projects in the space that are currently undervalued that I can get value from investing in them

Nothing is impossible in cryptocurrency world. In a matter of one year, we hardly expect that bitcoin price would jump from $800 plus on January 2017 to almost $20000 last December to January 2018, a rise of 10x which everybody was caught up in awe. So don't worry, at $5 in the future, it is not impossible. But don't expect too much.

I think that Ripple will hit $5-$7 and this is going to be the end of it, because the huge dump that will follow will destroy all confidence in the investors.

It looks like there will be appreciation in the values of ripple when the market turns green and when the graph of Bitcoin and ETH grown up. These top ten crypto currencies are really good and follow the trend when there is an up going trend in the price. Besides, the price is also determined by demand in the market. The more the demand in the market, the more the prices will rise. If the value stayed stable, the demand for ripple will also go up. So I hope we would witness the $5 values in near future.

If you believe in that coin you don't need to feel that way as you can see market volatile so much better to buy more now because it's so affordable the ripple. Maybe in a few weeks when you look in the market you will see the ripple in highest price. You need more patience at this time.

because personally i don't believe with centralized system and ripple is a part of that
