The best strategy you can use is to not buy at a the height of a bull market because doing that would just be setting yourself up for losses. Always be patient enough to wait for the price to go back down before you buy any coins to avoid FOMO-ing money into the market and apply that same patience to waiting and holding.

My main investing strategy is that, buy when the prices are down, sell them when the cap and price is up. And also, I generally hold some top coins, instead of trying to find new and promising tokens.

Im just doing the basic and most effective strategy, i just buy coins when they are falling down, i buy at minimum peak and hold it, and if the coins price rise up and reach to my expectation price i sell it. Thats it, and with that strategy you can earn profit.

I also think like you. In my opinion, the cryptocurrency investments are always risky, and my choice is always trying to stay at comfort zone. I don't like taking big risks in crypto.

- Invest what you can afford to lose
- Preserve your capital
- Don't get greedy or sentimental.
- Always be up-to-date. Information is vital.
Before even venturing into trading you should have studied and groomed your skills. There are books and videos that can help, if possible, get a mentor.

I invest in ICO, and after I get tokens I sell 90% of the coins. The rest I keep even if their price drops. This way I always make a profit.

Usually my plan, i put 30% of my money on altcoins in short term and 30% on bitcoin and ethereum. I keep the remaining money in cash, i use occasionally when things go wrong.

Many strategies that we can use in trading. I prefer to invest long-term, because crypto investment would take a long time for maximum profit. if you do day trading will only get a loss.

Unfortunately, there is no universal strategy. We must analyze the prospects of each coin separately. Some need to be sold quickly, and some need to be forgotten for a long time. Randomness and luck play a big role on the crypto market.

I commonly hire a simple strategy. Buy the coin when the price is low, hold it, wait until the price of the coins are higher than the prices when we bought them exactly. Make percentage how much percent we should sell the coins. Never be panic and greedy. Just invest and harvest wisely.

There are various strategies undertaken by the community in investing in ICO. One of the strategies that I think the community has the most to do is to hold all coins at a time when the market is down and unstable, then, use that time to buy large quantities of coins to hold for a period that matches the potential of each coin. After that, if the coin can already produce a high value above the purchase price, then sell coins when the market situation is stable.

My strategy is to invest in projects with a real product that will be useful for the society. I think that these coins will give the best result in a few years. This strategy requires a lot of patience and effort. But in the end it will bring a very high reward.

This is certainly not the most difficult strategy, but quite effective. Personally, I think that is just to keep in the long term, and only when a coin rises sharply really worth it to sell because it is almost 100 percent normal pumping.

the strategy I use is to continue to buy gradually a potent altcoin when market conditions are down as it is today, as I am sure the next few years crypto will be the most profitable investment tool

I know the only steadily working strategy, it is long-term holding. If you put money for short time period holding you maybe will not understand what is it for because profit would absent. Keep coins at least half of a year.

If you are a newbie in crypto, start in a small amount only. It is better to wait for the third dump of crypto coins before you buy and stock more coins. Try to hold it as long as you can to have a better income.

I think long-term holding is a very good investment. As long as you invest in the top ten cryptocurrencies in the market capitalization, then you don't need to worry about them dying, and waiting for the market to pick up, they will bring you huge benefits.
Don't know about huge, but the fact that they benefit, that's for sure. I try not to go beyond the top 10, because I'm not so experienced yet.
It depends in your perspective, bitcoin alone in the past year brought 20x profits if you bought at the bottom and sold at the top, while we are not going to see those profits again bitcoin can still give to you 4x or 5x in the next years and that is not small at all if you compare it with other markets.

perfect strategy, but what if asset don't grow and even drop below ico price?
In current circumstances tokens just lose their value and your strategy becoming useless

Only for such a strategy it is necessary to find quality projects that can provide their token with adequate growth.

This strategy is good because you protect t your capital first. But it can fail if you didn't buy initially at a low price or you bought the top. This strategy will work well if you bought at a price low. I also use it for some of my coins but not all the time

Your strategy looks good enough and can be sustaining as well, BUT it definitely wont work in all coins, what if the coin valuation don't get to the all time high when you can sell at double the price?? some coins will gain value overtime while others will not, The best thing to do is always research on the coins before commiting money
