So, dear subscribers, we present to you Artem Koltsov — the Founder of our project, the Head of the expert Council on digital economy and blockchain technologies at the state Duma of the Russian Federation.

For more than 6 years Artem has managed a major Russian Agency LEGION-DIGITAL, which develops mobile applications, complex IT systems and websites. He knows almost everything about working with information, data processing and storage technologies, blockchain and cryptocurrencies. While designing the system Casper API Artem tried to solve the problem of insufficient security and privacy, and seems that he has managed to do it! Today our project finds a huge number of positive responses from potential investors and partners of the project!

In his free time Artem enjoys spending time with his family (he is a father of four children) and playing basketball which he loves so!

What are the advantages to the other cloud data storage? Hope you can enlighten me on your projects so that I can spread and support this to the other community and to the other investors.

No one on the market has already made or even declared the creation of storage infrastructure for decentralized applications. We are creating a decentralized storage under smart contract management. DApp will be able to interact with the storage by referring to the smart contract. This eliminates the risks of architecture limitations in other systems. We are ready to work with every platform that uses a smart contract. As of today, these platforms include Ethereum, Graphen and Neo. As new block-chains appear, we will be able to start working with them immediately. This is our main difference from competitors

We would like to tell you about several of our advantages. Casper is a data storage network, which may prove interesting for users of typical cloud services. One Casper’s distinguishing trait is absence of a common fault point, such as a DNS service.
However, Casper is built to comply with blockchain principles, i.e., automated implementation of user requests, regulation by network participants, absence of a common
point of decision-making, independence from individuals and organizations. This enables sustainable use of Casper DApps without degradation of their characteristics.
Casper is currently expanding its DApp audience, starting a new phase of decentralized application development. Decentralized storage will enable DApps to create full-fledged GUIs with sophisticated graphics, while the content will be stored in Casper.

I think it would be a worthwhile experiment to implement that Casper protocol as an EOS smart contract. Using our concept of Community Benefit Contracts (CBCs) we can propose that Casper be implemented the staked EOS holders vote on how much inflation to reward the Casper contract with, if any at all.

I had same question but founded answer yeserday in telegram (https://t.me/CasperProjectENG) It's quote of admin:
